Do you know that Adelaide was the first city in the Southern Hemisphere to be named a National Park, and the second city in the world behind London? Discover why and take the time to benefit from Adelaide's unique parklands.
WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?
Whether you're a visitor, attending a conference, a university student or a local, this session invites mental and physical wellbeing through nature emersion.
We consider this event to be accessible for all. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs. We provide options for you to walk, sit, lay or stand for up to 15 mins at a time during the session.
If you experience disability, have additional needs or require a support worker to attend with you, please request this at time of booking. We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for everyone.
We suggest anyone under 18 years attend with an adult - this event is recommended for those aged 15 years and above.
NEED TRANSPORT?
We also provide optional private vehicle transport from city locations, and have seating for up to 10 people. Our bus is wheelchair friendly (up to 2 spots available for wheelchairs) and is bookable on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see ticket options to book transportation if required. Our facilitators are certified Forest Therapy Guides with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land.
We include light refreshments and tea as part of the session.
